The Plan Usage section shows how much of your plan limits you’re currently using:

  • Active tracks - Number of active tracks vs. your plan’s track limit
  • Active labels - Number of active labels vs. your plan’s label limit

Click Refresh to update your usage statistics.

Your plan limits are based on active tracks and labels — not your total catalog.

Active tracks are all tracks in releases that are distributed to at least one streaming platform (DSP). Tracks in draft or pending releases that haven’t been distributed do not count toward your limit. Tracks in releases that have been fully taken down from all DSPs also do not count — but if a release is still live on even one DSP, its tracks count.

Active tracks are counted by unique ISRC (International Standard Recording Code). If the same ISRC appears across multiple releases — for example, a track released as a single and also included in a compilation album — it counts as one active track, not two.

Active labels are all record labels that have at least one active (distributed) release. Labels with no distributed releases do not count toward your label limit.

LabelGrid GATE is a limited plan designed specifically for users who want to use the WordPress plugin (LabelGrid Gate) without distribution.

  • Create and manage releases - Build your catalog within LabelGrid
  • WordPress catalog sync - Your release catalog is automatically exported from LabelGrid to your WordPress website (synced twice daily). LabelGrid is the source of truth; WordPress receives the synced data.
  • Pre-save campaigns - Create pre-save campaigns for your releases
  • No distribution - GATE does not include distribution to streaming platforms

GATE is ideal if you:

  • Already distribute through another service
  • Want your release catalog automatically synced from LabelGrid to your WordPress site
  • Want to run pre-save campaigns for releases distributed elsewhere
