Analytics
The Analytics top-level menu shows streaming performance for your releases across supported DSPs. Data is approximate and intended for trend-watching — final earnings come from royalty statements, not analytics.
Filters
Section titled “Filters”A filter bar at the top of the page applies to every tab below it:
| Filter | Notes |
|---|---|
| Platform | Limit to one DSP (Spotify or iTunes are the main supported sources) |
| Labels | One or more of your labels |
| Artists | One or more artist profiles from your roster |
| Date range | Defaults to the last available 450 days; override with a custom range |
Use Clear All to reset the filters. Tabs reload automatically when filters change.

- Global Distribution (% streams) — a world map showing where streams come from
- Streams by Gender and Streams by Age — listener demographic breakdown for the selected filter
- Streams by Country — ranked country list

- Approximate Total Saves — saves/library adds
- Approximate Skips — skip count
- Streams x Provider — breakdown of streams by DSP
Top Artists and Tracks
Section titled “Top Artists and Tracks”Two side-by-side tables showing:
- Top Artists (Streams) — your artists ranked by total streams in the selected period
- Top Tracks (Streams) — individual tracks ranked by streams
Use this tab to identify which artists and tracks are driving listening activity for the selected filter set.
Data freshness
Section titled “Data freshness”Streaming data lags real time by a few days for most platforms. The exact delay depends on how often each DSP reports back to LabelGrid. Major platforms (Spotify, Apple Music) typically report within 1-3 days; smaller platforms can take longer.
Analytics is intended for trend-watching, not accounting. The numbers here will not match the final amounts on your royalty statements — see Statements and Reports for the financial record.
When data is missing
Section titled “When data is missing”If the analytics page shows “No Analytics Yet”:
- New accounts may not have any reported streaming data yet — wait until the first DSP reports come in
- Releases must be delivered and live on a platform before any streams can be reported
- If a release has been live for several weeks and still has no data, contact support with the release details
