Label Tools
LabelGrid groups label-facing tools across several top-level menus and per-release row actions. This page is a map of where each tool lives so you can find what you need quickly.
Catalogue menu
Section titled “Catalogue menu”Manage your releases, tracks, labels, artists, writers, contributors, and publishers. See Managing Your Catalogue for a full tour.
Distribution menu
Section titled “Distribution menu”The Distribution menu groups all delivery and transcoding tools:

| Distribution All | Master delivery queue across all DSPs |
| Bandcamp | Bandcamp delivery queue and per-release Bandcamp settings (price tiers, download options) |
| Soundcloud | Soundcloud delivery queue and per-release Soundcloud settings (clip start/end, buy links) |
| YouTube | YouTube channel delivery queue (auto-generates audio videos) |
| Video | Music video delivery queue |
| Transcoder | Audio Transcoder for converting WAV files to MP3, FLAC, or 30-second clips |
Marketing menu
Section titled “Marketing menu”The Marketing menu has three items:
- Label Subscribers — your subscriber list, with CSV export. This is a subscriber-list export, not a full email-campaign system.
- Export to Promoly — package a release for use in a Promoly campaign (third-party promotional platform)
- WordPress Plugin — manage tokens for the LabelGrid WordPress plugin, which renders your catalogue on your own WordPress site
Analytics menu

Per-release row actions (My Releases three-dots menu)
Section titled “Per-release row actions (My Releases three-dots menu)”On the Catalogue → My Releases page, the three-dots menu on each release row gives you direct access to:
- Public One-Sheet — fan-facing one-sheet URL
- Post to Bandcamp — direct upload to your connected Bandcamp account
- Post to Soundcloud — direct upload to your connected Soundcloud account
- Post to YouTube — generate and upload an audio video to your YouTube channel
- Post to Instagram — generate a promotional clip for Instagram
- Export to Promoly — package the release for a Promoly campaign
- Download Zip — download a zip with the release files
- Create FLAC, MP3, and clips — open the Transcoder for this release
These row actions are shortcuts into the same Distribution submenu workflows above.

Automatic backend features (no UI)
Section titled “Automatic backend features (no UI)”Some functionality runs automatically — there is nothing for you to click:
- Store link collection — once a release is delivered and confirmed live by a DSP, the resulting store link is collected automatically and shown on the release Links tab. See Store Links.
