Important: Use the same email address associated with your LabelGrid account to help us locate your account quickly.

- Any error messages you see
- Release or track names if applicable
Sales & General Inquiries
Section titled “Sales & General Inquiries”For questions about LabelGrid services, pricing, partnerships, or if you’re not yet a customer.
What Happens After You Submit
Section titled “What Happens After You Submit”- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your ticket is created
- Our team will review your request and respond via email
- You’ll get email notifications whenever we update your ticket
- You can reply to those emails to continue the conversation
Tips for Faster Resolution
Section titled “Tips for Faster Resolution”- Be specific - Include release names, ISRCs, or UPCs when relevant
- Include screenshots - Visual examples help us understand the issue
- Check your spam folder - Our responses come from the ticketing system
- One issue per ticket - This helps us track and resolve each issue properly
