Important: Use the same email address associated with your LabelGrid account to help us locate your account quickly.

  • Release or track names if applicable

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your ticket is created
  • Our team will review your request and respond via email
  • You’ll get email notifications whenever we update your ticket
  • You can reply to those emails to continue the conversation
  • Be specific - Include release names, ISRCs, or UPCs when relevant
  • Include screenshots - Visual examples help us understand the issue
  • Check your spam folder - Our responses come from the ticketing system
  • One issue per ticket - This helps us track and resolve each issue properly
