How to Submit a Technical Support Request

  1. Use Your Registered Email

    Submit your request using the same email address associated with your LabelGrid account. This helps us locate your account and respond faster.

  2. Describe Your Issue

    Provide as much detail as possible:

    • What you’re trying to do
    • What’s happening instead
    • Any error messages you see
    • Release or track names if applicable
  3. Submit Your Request

    After submitting, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number.

What Happens After You Submit

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your ticket is created
  • Our team will review your request and respond via email

  • Include screenshots - Visual examples help us understand the issue
  • Check your spam folder - Our responses come from the ticketing system
  • One issue per ticket - This helps us track and resolve each issue properly
