Overview
Section titled “Overview”Team management will let you add collaborators, set permissions, and work together on your music releases. This feature is designed for labels, managers, and artists with teams who need to share access to their LabelGrid account.
Planned Features
Section titled “Planned Features”Team Member Invitations
Section titled “Team Member Invitations”Invite collaborators by email to join your account with appropriate access levels.
Permission Levels
Section titled “Permission Levels”Control what each team member can do:
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access including billing and account settings |
| Admin | Full access except billing and ownership transfer |
| Manager | Create and manage releases |
| Editor | Edit existing releases |
| Viewer | Read-only access |
Collaboration Tools
Section titled “Collaboration Tools”- Activity tracking to see team actions
- Internal comments on releases
- Artist-specific access restrictions
Current Account Access
Section titled “Current Account Access”While full team management is in development, account owners can:
- Manage their own account settings
- Control all releases and distributions
- Access all royalty information
